How do I find the rented properties that offer the best return?

This is our daily job. Swiss Life Select, the Swiss company, has the "Best Select" range across all product areas, and the job is to find the best providers. As I sit on the product committee myself, I know how difficult it is, amidst the wealth of offers, to find the property developer, the real estate and the locations that yield particularly good returns.

This is a huge challenge for us too. On top of that: if you have the right property and the right location, it takes professionals, proper product reviewers, who check all the details surrounding the real estate. And in our case, that's a team of six product reviewers who do nothing all day except scour the market and examine every offer inside out.

I get the best deals for my clients. So if you're wondering how to find the right properties, I can't just answer that in a heartbeat. But one thing I can tell you: you won't find the right property on ImmoScout, because the best properties are off-market real estate.
