Processing of personal data on the Swiss Life website

If you decide to enter personal data such as your name, address, telephone number or email address, for example via the contact form, by ticking the data protection consent box and clicking on "Submit now", you consent to us processing the data provided to us within the legally permissible framework for the intended purpose, e.g. to process your enquiry, request information material, enter comments or order newsletters. For this purpose, it may be necessary for us to forward your data to companies belonging to the Swiss Life Group.

You may revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future. The data collected via the contact form is subject to extensive security measures to prevent unauthorised access, stop misuse and protect against the destruction or loss of the data. This is encrypted using SSL with up to 256 bits. Standard commercial browsers support this SSL procedure. Processing of personal data when using the services of Swiss Life Select

If you make use of the Swiss Life Select service, comprehensive advice and the brokering of investment, insurance or other financial products by Swiss Life Select, customer support, the generation of new business, the conclusion of contracts and the performance of administrative tasks, it may become necessary for the fulfilment of the respective purpose for us to transmit the personal data made available to us by you to our contractual partners and other data recipients. The support is provided by independent sales partners working for Swiss Life Select. The company responsible for data processing is Swiss Life Select Deutschland GmbH, Swiss-Life-Platz 1, 30659 Hannover, together with the independent sales partners working for Swiss Life Select. Processing of personal data in a job application

Should you provide details for an application for a position with us, we will process this data in order to fulfil your request to work for us. In the case of an application for a sales role, this also includes the necessity to transmit your data to the sales partner responsible for recruitment in your region so that they can contact you. In the case of an application for a back-office role, it is necessary to pass on your data to the individuals who require it for the recruitment decision.

Your rights as a data subject
